Perfect Potion manufacturers their products within their Brisbane facility and distributes them through their 14 Australian retail outlets, online and via their worldwide network of stores and stockists. It’s rare for a team of people to be so committed to the values represented by their brand, but this is what makes Perfect Potion so unique and why their customers love them. As part of a wider digital marketing campaign, Media Heroes worked with Perfect Potion to create a video for their website to bring alive their brand story. Sal is one of the most respected figures in aromatherapy, so was the ideal choice to feature in the video himself.

Within only 2 minutes, the video allows viewers to connect personally with Sal, to understand the values central to the brand, and to see the products and retail experiences on offer. Although this video has a focus on branding, rather than conversions, it’s incredibly effective to introduce new customers to the brand and achieves so much more than written content could do alone. This video was first launched in 2012 and so far it’s received more than 24,000 views and counting.
